There are three levels of pricing depending on usage of the app

- A Few Employees
- One service area
- Additional features such as the allergen feature and the reporting function would cost an extra $15 per month each*.
Medium
$60/mo*
- Basic System
- Larger Food Businesses
- Extensive network of Hot and Cold Storage Units
- More Employees
- Multiple service areas
- Additional features such as the allergen feature and the reporting function would cost an extra $30 per month each*.
Custom
$TBA/mo*
- Custom System
- Multiple sites/outlets
- Extensive network of Hot and Cold Storage Units
- More Employees
- Multiple service areas

Can I try for free?
Yes! FRANK charges at the end of your month of usage for each month. This means we only charge for the month that you have just used the system for – this also means that any new user gets to use the system before having to pay up front for it.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, If after a couple of weeks you decide that you no longer want to use FRANK, just let us know and will remove the account.

Which payment methods do you take?
Payments for FRANK can be set up to debit automatically from a bank account or credit card so that you don’t have to worry about receiving and paying invoices each month.
